What do I do if I want to start a new Bankwest Online Application?

Please navigate to the Bankwest Website, select the product you are interested in and click on the Apply Now button.

Resuming your Saved Bankwest Online Application

What do I do here?

Step 1
Enter in your application reference number which you received in the email we sent you from the last session where you first started your Bankwest Online Application.

Step 2

Enter in your same email address and date of birth that you had provided in your initial application as well as the code that appears on your screen.

Step 3
Click on Next to resume your saved online application.

Once all of your details have been successfully entered, your Bankwest Online Application will be restored from the last page that you submitted and you can continue to apply for the relevant financial product.

What do I do if I can't remember my application reference number?

You can find your Application Number in the email that we sent to you when you first started your Bankwest Online Application.

If you can not locate that email then please kindly click on "Resend Application Number" and once you've filled in your email address, date of birth and code then we will email it to you again.

Why did I receive a welcome email even though I have already submitted my Online Application?

We send out a welcome email for every Bankwest Online Application that you commence.

If you have already submitted your application the Welcome email is for reference purposes only.

I didn't save my Online Application, so why am I still receiving emails regarding my Online Application?

For your convenience, we automatically save your Bankwest Online Application once you submit the Personal Details page, and then send you reminder emails inviting you to resume your Online Application.

While we encourage you to resume and submit your Bankwest Online Application, if you choose not to resume your Online Application our system will automatically delete it after seven days and no further emails will be sent to you.

I am unable to successfully resume my Online Application. What do I do?

You are unable to successfully resume your Bankwest Online Application as an Online Application matching the details that you entered on the resume page could not be found.

If this happens, we recommend that you commence a new Bankwest Online Application.

Any previous Online Applications that you commenced will be automatically deleted after seven days so no further action is required.

What happens to my Online Application if I do not resume within seven days?

If you do not resume your Bankwest Online Application within seven days your partial Online Application will be automatically deleted and no further action is required.

When I resume my Online Application, why do I see a page containing empty fields?

Your Bankwest Online Application will resume at the last incomplete page.

To proceed, complete all required fields on this page and click Next.

Why has data that I previously entered not been saved?

For security reasons, we only save your Bankwest Online Application up to the point of the last page that you submitted by clicking the Next button.

If you entered details on a later page, but then did not submit this page, the details on this page are not saved.

When you resume your Online Application, you will be taken directly to the next page in the application process without any data displayed. You can then continue to enter the required information.

Can I resume a saved Online Application from another computer?

As long as you have all of the required details to resume your saved Online Application, you can definitely use another computer.

Simply follow the standard instructions to resume your Online Aapplication as detailed above.
